Carmen Lundy began her professional career in Miami as a jazz vocalist and composer when there were very few young, gifted and aspiring jazz vocalists on the horizon. Over four decades later, Ms. Lundy is celebrated throughout the world for her vocal artistry and is highly regarded for her jazz innovation. Her 14th album “Soul to Soul” features all original compositions and has been met with great fanfare. She travels to our stage from Los Angeles along with her world renowned quintet for an evening of some of the best jazz this city will ever hear.

Join us for our special Valentine’s Day Weekend screening of Director Nick Cassavetes’ iconic tear-jerker The Notebook, on 35mm as part of our late-night After Hours series. It is present day, and Duke (James Garner) reads a love story from a notebook to nursing home Alzheimer’s patient (Gena Rowlands). The story recedes back to the 1940’s tell the tale of affluent 17-year-old Allie (Rachel McAdams) who meets working-class boy Noah (Ryan Gosling). Over the course of their summer together, Allie and Noah fall deeply in love. However her parent’s disapproval, World War II and growing social differences cause a constant wedge between them.
